Elastomeric coatings provide a flexible layer that seals and bridges cracks waterproofing surfaces with a coating many times thicker than paint. Its superior elasticity provides excellent long-term protection against future cracking. In cases where cracks are bigger than 1/16 of an inch. Nylon-Mesh is used with an elastomeric patching material to create in a sense, a permanent “bandaid” to seal the cracks.
